Before contacting us
Please describe the issue and the steps that led to it. If relevant, include your app version and device model. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or unnecessary sensitive personal information. If you report an issue involving a shared pet, avoid including another person's personal details unless necessary.
Messages to both addresses are forwarded to our support inbox. While outgoing mail from the PetTandem domain is still being set up, a reply may come from a different email address. Check that a reply genuinely comes from the PetTandem support team before you share account details.
