Manage pet and care information

Depending on your role and the features available to you, you can review and update pet profiles, routines, instructions and care-team information. Some historical care records may be shown to other authorized members of a shared care team.

Manage access for other people

Care-team membership and pet-specific permissions decide who can access shared care information. If you have the necessary permissions, use the app's care-team controls to review or change someone's access. Removing access does not take back copies of information a person has already saved outside the Service.

Manage notifications

You can manage PetTandem's notification permissions in iOS settings. Turning notifications off does not delete the underlying tasks and care information.

Delete your account

Use the in-app Delete account option in your account settings. For instructions and information about shared records, read Account Deletion.

Request information or assistance

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive certain personal information. You can make a request at support@pettandem.app. We may need to verify your identity before we disclose or change account details.
